By ordering from BUFF® MALTA you are agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions on this site. BUFF® MALTA reserves the right to cancel any order placed on this website without the need to give explanation or reason should they wish to do so.

PRICING: All Prices quoted are in Euros. All prices include 18% VAT.

Ordering from BUFF® MALTA is easy. Find the item you require, click on the image to add to cart. You can either check out or continue shopping. Cart can be modified at a later stage before submitting payment. "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping. Fill in the order details on the secure form. Payment may be made by paypal by clicking on the paypal link at the end of the ordering process.

STOCK AVAILABILITY: All the goods you see on our website are offered "subject to availability". We DO NOT and CANNOT guarantee that every item you see on our web site will be on the shelves when you place your order. What we do guarantee is that we will work our socks off to make sure all orders get to you as soon as possible. In stock orders will be dispatched the next day and back order items will be sent out as soon as they arrive from our suppliers. If it's going to be longer we'll let you know. If you need to know there and then that an item is in stock please ask us and our staff will be happy to help you. We aim to keep our images and descriptions as accurate as possible but we do make mistakes so if you spot one before we do, please let us know and we'll amend it. BUFF® MALTA reserves the right to make alterations to specification and prices without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies found on our site. On-line ordering is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

DELIVERY: All orders will be posted the next day or delivered personally at our discretion.

PAYMENT: Payment can be done by paypal, bank transfer or cash/cheque on delivery.

RETURNS: We are happy to take back unwanted goods within 15 days of the date of purchase so long as they are returned to us in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and invoice. All delivery costs (if applicable) must be paid by the customer. Faulty goods are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship only. General wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate fitting etc. are not covered. Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase. All postage costs must be covered by the customer. None of this affects your statutory rights.

COMPLAINTS: We try to provide a service to the very highest standard possible. If you are in any way unhappy with the service you have received just contact us and we will do our best to put things right.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DELIVERY: All orders are dispatched, air mail, with Malta Post registered Parcel Post or DHL if requested. Delivery times vary, depending on destination but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. We must, however, allow 28 business days from the date of dispatch before we are able to make a claim against the carrier in the unlikely event of loss. Allowances must be made for Customs Clearance (non EU countries) which is beyond our control. You are welcome to contact your local customs office to check on the progress of your package if you feel it is being held there for clearance.

PAYMENT: We accept payment by paypal or bank wire transfer.

RETURNS: We are happy to take back unwanted goods within 1 month of the date of purchase so long as they are returned to us in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and invoice. All postage costs must be paid by the customer and a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged.
