Time Trial Champion Etienne Bonello of Team Greens left his mark yet again on Sicilian soil at the Sicilian Time Trial Championships which was held at Pergusa Motor Racing Circuit Last Sunday. The 10km pan flat circuit saw fast times from the 70 riders hailing from all Sicily who took the start. Bonello clearly a notable name in this type of competition finished a whisker away from the podium clocking the 10km distance in 13minutes 13 seconds, 2 seconds away from 3 rd placed Marino Fortuna of Team Rubino and 11 seconds away from second place Luca Caruso of Polisportiva Roller in Line. The winner on the day was Marino Sebastiano of Team Rubino Romeo in 12minutes 58 seconds. Bonello finished first in his age-group category nonetheless.
